What is focus? the dictionary defines focus as: Selectively concentrating on one aspect of the environment while ignoring other things. Focus needs concentration meaning you need more effort on doing one thing. focusing on one thing, ignoring other things. Focus is just Following one course until successful..... because without focus you'll never achieve what you want/desire in life. But be careful where you shift your attention because it is what you want you to need to focus but not where you were or where you are.
