Motivation THROUGH Wait for it! PASSION! Have you experience before that you are working endlessly yet you feel like nothing is going to progress or nothing will ever happen in your life. Think again, we always say to our peers and to our friends to look for a Job that you are passionate about but then again that is no the case anymore to most of us. Circumstances can be different to all people. What you are going through or may experience can be different to others. Let me share you my lens on this topic. Working on a job that you are passionate about doesn't mean you can be passionate. Just set your goals right and do it for others, as one speaker said that if you do things for others even if you out of fuel you can do it for another extra mile. Even if you are not passionate about going to the gym but you love having the result that it gave you. Your motivation shifted from reactive to proactive. We normally do things with the right stuff but with hidden agenda or with the wrong motivation. As human beings, we tend to become selfish. There's a quote saying, a man for himself. Let me expound that, The Bible says " An unfriendly person pursues selfish ends and against all sound judgment starts quarrels" (Proverbs 18:1 NIV), " A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire; He rages against all wise judgment" (Proverbs 18:1 NKJV)  Meaning that those who usually go isolating themselves are more often doing it for one's own desire. It can't be helped, Most of the time we do it for ourselves, But the Bible says otherwise that we should be more of others but less of ourselves, More of him but not less of us. It teaches us what right motives we can look into, what motives are wrong and what is right.
