We normally do things with the right stuff but with hidden agenda or with the wrong motivation.
As human beings, we tend to become selfish. There's a quote saying, a man for himself.
Let me expound that, The Bible says "An unfriendly person pursues selfish ends and against all sound judgment starts quarrels" (Proverbs 18:1 NIV), "A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire; He rages against all wise judgment" (Proverbs 18:1 NKJV)
Meaning that those who usually go isolating themselves are more often doing it for one's own desire. It can't be helped, Most of the time we do it for ourselves, But the Bible says otherwise that we should be more of others but less of ourselves, More of him but not less of us.
It teaches us what right motives we can look into, what motives are wrong and what is right.
Hence, We do things just for the result and numbers but not the sake of improving things nor building others up.
And because humans tend to be foolish in using things and abusing it. Running themselves with there emotion. It only makes sense because We're created as emotional beings.
Neuroscience says that all our decisions and thinking are based on our emotion. Yeah! I know it goes with what I am saying to always think rationally but how can we. Even though we think rationally and logically. Our decision is still based on emotion.

So what I am saying is that we usually let our emotion gets the best of us.
Can we blame someone or ourselves? No! This is how we're made. We're emotional beings.
But we tend to forget to get the right motivation for everything. So it just shows us that we must warn and remind ourselves of the current situation. Be aware and conscious of our nature and surroundings so that we can become response-able.
And because of such things, we let the best of us become the worse of us. This is why it is important to know that our emotion is also reactive and our mind is proactive.
Hey! Yeah! I get that You wanted her, You wanted to become someone, You wanted to have it but the thing is.
Get your motivation right or it might become something that may lead into a path of destruction and death.
Get your motives right, because what you pursue is where your character is and very often our character are different to what we want.
I'll talk about our character on my next blog. Stay tuned.
