Real estate bubble that may burst

The Real Estate is rising, it's prices is rising.

And soon it may burst.

This is from my observation. Our country is in the business of making building right now.

You can see that infrastructure are being the main Job giver today for most filipino's

Well, Its good that many filipinos can work and can put food on their table.

But the problem becomes dire. I've observe that it will come to a time that Real estate bubble will soon burst.

With that it may also affect the stock market. Bubble after bubbles may and could burst.

But when this time comes be a lookout for best opportunities.

As you can see the best opportunities happens when we're in crisis.

The burst will affect every filipino livelyhood.

There filipinos needs to be careful not to but properties that they may end up selling in a low price.

Condo's are the fad right now. but it may become affected soon.

Those high rises building will and may become the poison to our Infrastructure sector.

But the Good news is that like any other downs there will come an upward trend wherein new investor in real estate may emerge and will come out.

This is the Good news. Filipino may become investor in real estate.

You will know when this bubble may burst. it will be sooner than you think.
