Love Quotient, The missing Ingredient for Leaders



There is a new wave of a study saying that IQ and EQ are not enough alone for the next Generation Leaders.

Let alone, The Definition Love Quotient(LQ) means "The ability to use love willingly"

To the Next Generation Leaders, It capability to learn more and Apply it more will become the tipping point how you become a leader in your chosen field.

As it was said that

– Alvin Toffler

Meaning Leaders must stretch themselves in order to evolve and improve one's capability.

And adding Love Quotient to the Ingredient means learning to focus on your Emotion.

When We say EQ, it's the overall use of your relating and emotional quotient.

But for Love Quotient, It more than bonding and relating. It about that genuine love that you give to your brand, to your work, and to your passion.

It more about compassion.

Jack ma pertain that An intelligent person would not succeed if he or she does not know how to deal with other people.

Meaning above all. How we measure things out of love will definitely become one of the greatest factors that would play out being a leader.
