IQ vs. EQ.

This topic is very wide and broad. so I may thread this lightly and based it on my opinion. Okay, which is great? in my opinion having balance or Yin&Yang is much greater than one is greater than another. Most people in the business who succeed have balance EQ and IQ. but people who have great EQ are Good in management skill. They tend to figure out how to handle people and how to Dealt with problem accordingly. Basically, they are among the great leaders also. I am not sure who is who but most of them know how to handle people and deal with them because of there high emotional intelligent they can deal with life and its challenges in a different way. People with High IQ are usually can't deal with a lot of people. They usually end up saying what is the facts and truths to a person they know. but people with IQ focused in there work. But in the end, Balance is much better than having greater IQ/EQ or Lower EQ/IQ. that's why people who usually succeed in business hav

what do you want to be when you grow up?

Have you ever wondered that when your young, you were asked what do you want to be when you grow up? This is the first question that your teacher may ask you. Basically, the reason behind about this question is they want you to establish your Goal as early as possible, what you envisioned yourself past 10 years ago and the decision your Brain make is what may become of you. but I guess as they said you past isn't the definition of your future. Your past isn't necessarily your future, it may vary along the way. Your Perception, Goals, and Character may change along the way. Okay, let's stop. Have you asked yourself about this question lately? I remember reading the question from Robert Kiyosaki book the same question. And it hit me, what do I want to be when I grow up? Clearly, Kiyosaki wants to be rich so he did. But for me? this question haunted me every day since reading it. And I kept asking myself that question.  I never thought for a second what path s

What is focus?

What is focus? the dictionary defines focus as: Selectively concentrating on one aspect of the environment while ignoring other things. Focus needs concentration meaning you need more effort on doing one thing. focusing on one thing, ignoring other things. Focus is just Following one course until successful..... because without focus you'll never achieve what you want/desire in life. But be careful where you shift your attention because it is what you want you to need to focus but not where you were or where you are. Winston Churchill, quote this: "You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones at every Dog that barks" Meaning you'll never get there if you keep distracting yourself. Because the enemy of Focus is Distraction. like they say eyes on the prize have you seen Kobe Bryant played, if you've seen him play? you know what is the meaning of focus because of in spite of all the adversity and mockery. He never let hi

Are you farsighted?

Have you ever noticed that when you're a child the teacher would always ask you what do want when you grow up? or what do you see yourself 10 years from now? (funny that this same question is also ask in a interview) It is because they want to know what do you see yourself in the future, what kind of future are you foreshadowing... Have you ever ask yourself that? always keep in mind even though you are grown so much that question. What do i want when i grow up. A simple reminder, about what you see. because VISION is one of the most important thing. Your Vision helps you to focus all that energy. What you envision helps you create that environment where you do things differently. They Say successful people do things that no one wants to do and often this people are the least we expect to be someone. And this people are usually has the vision of what they want and what they want to achieve, a better them or better tomorrow. Have you also notice that every company has
