Perhaps I would die first before writing this with my own blood.
Mental health is no joke, we all have a fair share of problems.
Our generation, My generation is the most common people having this kind of issues.
It may be because of social media and the technology we have.
Or maybe the never ending changing of culture we experience and still experiencing.
It occurs to me while writing this. Is that some of it can be associated with your health as well.
Stress may give you sickness and if you aren't healthy enough I assure you it will stab you in the back cold-heartedly.
Nevertheless, I remember that God. The bible has already had a solution to your problem. Cry it out if you must and lift it out to him. No Bible scholar but you can look it up on Google.
My emotions are bottled as I am writing this with emotion I can't express. It's like choking me to death and I can't breathe.
But It also reminded me that I am no different to everyone else. We have problems and we have to deal with it.
But what reminded me the most is that I am weak and you need God's grace for everything.
I am no closer to being holy or authentic in faith but I am a working progress.
I have a fair share of problems that kept me awake, I have an addiction that let me fall into deadly traps.
Sin is no joke. It's death. It's consequences trembles from generation to generation but as we are forgiven by him we must remember that we're not alone. We have the Bible and God. Jesus and the holy spirit guiding us.
It still hurts but I know there is no greater joy that I am going to experience tomorrow than the pain I am going through today.
