TIME? a friend or a foe?


Do you have any idea if Time is your friend or a foe?

I personally don't. Maybe for some occurrences or circumstances, time could be your friend or foe.

It really differs on how you perceived time?

Maybe you are already old and time isn't what you have therefore making your enemy or, maybe it is the only thing in the world that you have making it a friend.


It really differs. but the focus of this topic would go on how could it benefit youth your finances or how could it become your friend.

As Robert Kiyosaki said When you don't have money to invest then invest in time. Study the basics and enrich yourself with many various skills. Gain knowledge and Experience.

In that state, time is really your friend because it is what you have to invest in? correct?

However, if you are on your death bed then time isn't your friend? Notice that I put a question mark on that statement because it could be your friend. Because you will cherish every minute and every second you have with your loved ones.

Anyway, let's go back to the topic. Have compound interest?

Warren Buffet emphasize what is the meaning of compound interest and how it will help you in achieving great wealth.

Listen up, in this case, READ UP.

Here is an example of Compounding Interest:











To better understand what is compounding Interest, Imagine that you have a 500(of any currency) in the bank and it gets double every year. So in the 1st Year, your money would be 1000, and in the 2nd year it get's double again and become 2000, on the third year it get's double again and become 4000...and so on and so forth.

To better understand compounding interest, It is a process wherein the value of an investment increases because the earnings on an investment, both capital gains and interest, earn interest as time passes.


See the image above, to understand it more clearly. It is like a snowball rolling from a hill and get's bigger as the snowball rolls down the hill.

So in this case TIME is your friend? not a foe. The hindsight of this idea is that if your age is at 65 there is no way that you can have a great wealth with that little amount.

Let me quote something from Alby.  Albert Einstien said that Compounding interest is the 8th wonder of the world. those who know's it earns and those who don't pay.

Have you considered your time as great asset? I do. Time spend is not time that i am getting back.
