How to deal with toxic people.

Hmm, have you ever felt that there is someone that is always causing you pain or stress?

Apparently, we have plenty of this person around us. However, we have a choice in every circumstance that life would throw us. Always has.

We can either be open to people about it and let them know or let it go and set off in our way.

But Dealing with them is just knowing what is your priority. Okay.

Let's put it in this way. even though this person hurts or causes you pain. We can either ignore them or choose to approach them.

bottom line,

we can either put a hard hat and let them hit us. forget that they are there or be a masochist and endure pain without the hard hat.

But the problem is we often think we don't have any choice because maybe that person is your boss, parents, friend, siblings, brother, spouse andd sister.

but we do have, a matter of fact in every situation we can choose. but we often limit ourselves because of the situation we think it is.

but in reality, there is no limit.

However be cautious of your approach.

It is about your reaction and approach on this person that would bring out the best or worst of it.

These toxic people are a normal human, being they will behave according to what you are going to do.

Nevertheless, Attitude towards them will be the tipping point on how you deal with them.

I deal with them with very cautious mindset.

Just imagining what would be the outcome if I get my emotions control over me. because a very wise person taught me choosing your battles is the very key to success. having an advantage is what is needed to win effortlessly.

Moreover choosing not to fight isn't cowardice but it means having a strong mind over feelings.
